My name is Kristiana, but I also go by Kika. This is my third year on the board of LNJAK! I grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and currently live in Toronto. I'm 28 years old and and I spend my free time knitting and folk dancing in Daugaviņa!

Šis ir jau mans devītais gads LNJAK, un ar lielu prieku atgriežos viceprezidentes amatā. Esmu absolvējusi psiholoģiju Jorkas Universitātē. Lai gan nesen esmu pārcēlusies prom no Toronto, joprojām cenšos apmeklēt pēc iespējas vairāk LNJAK pasākumu un uzturēt ciešu saikni ar mūsu kopienu.

This is now my ninth year with LNYAC, and I’m excited to be returning in the role of Vice President. I’m a psychology graduate from York University. Although I’ve recently moved away from Toronto, I continue to travel back for as many LNYAC events as possible and remain deeply connected to the community.

Hi! My name is Amalie! I’m from Toronto but live in Halifax, where I am studying coastal hydrology. I am loving living so close to nature and the ocean, where I can run, climb, and explore.

Mani sauc Līva. Esmu dzimusi un uzaugusi Toronto, un šobrīd strādāju Toronto centrā. Brīvajā laikā man patīk doties “backpacking” ceļojumos at māsu Dāriju, un mana mīļākā ceļojumu vieta ir Horvātija. Šis ir mans piektais gads LNJAK valdē.

I’m Līva! I was born and raised in Toronto and currently work in downtown Toronto. In my free time, I enjoy backpacking with my sister Dārija, and my favorite place to travel is Croatia. This is my fifth year on the board of LNJAK!

Hi! My name is Krista and this is my fourth year on LNYAC. I have just moved back to Toronto after living in Ottawa for four years studying at the University of Ottawa. I love to read and go on walks by Lake Ontario.

Hey! My name is Sarma and I help run LNJAK’s social media accounts. I’m from Bluewater, ON and graduated this year from Western University with my BScN! I now work full time as a registered nurse, but in my free time I enjoy running, travelling and hanging out with my friends! Very excited for all the fun ideas our LNJAK committee has planned for this year!!

 Čau, mani sauc Vizma, esmu šogada arhīviste un šis ir jau mans otrais gads uz LNJAK valdes! Cik laiks skrien garām! Dažas lietas par mani: Pagaidām es strādāju Toronto bet vasarā es stradāju bērnu nometnē. Mana brīvā laikā es dejoju Daugaviņā un mana vecmamma man māc rokdarbus.

Hi, I’m Vizma, I am this year's archivist, and this is already my second year on the board! Oh how time flies! A couple things about me: I’m currently working in Toronto but I spend my summers working at a children’s camp. In my free time I like to dance with Daugaviņa and am learning handicrafts from my grandmother.

 Čau! Mani sauc Džeina, un šogad es LNJAK palīdzu satikties :) Lai gan uzaugu Rīgā, Toronto par mājām saucu jau sešus gadus. Brīvajā laikā man patīk sportot, kāpt pa sienu un izpētīt pilsētu. Strādāju vides plānošanas jomā, palīdzu sargāt Kanādas dažādo un krāšņo dabu.

 Hi! I’m Džeina (pronounced Jane-uh), and this year I am helping LNJAK with Satikšanās, our monthly meetups. Born and raised in Riga, I’ve been calling Toronto home for the past six years. In my free time, I love staying active, rock climbing, and exploring the city. I work in the environmental field, helping protect Canada’s diverse and stunning nature.

Sveiki! Mani sauc Annika Lūsis, un esmu viena no pasākumu koordinatorēm. Tas nozīmē, ka palīdzēšu plānot Satikšanās. Šis ir mans pirmais gads valdē, bet pēdējos 4 gadus esmu dzīvojusi Toronto. Pašlaik esmu pēdējā kursā kulinārijas studiju programmā un strādāju virtuvē smalkā restorānā. Tāpēc brīvajā laikā mani var atrast gatavojam vai cepam tiem, kurus mīlu!

Hey there! My name is Annika Lūsis and I’m one of the Event Coordinators. That means that I’ll be helping plan the Satikšanās. It is my first year on the board, but I’ve been living in Toronto for the past 4 years. Currently, I am in my last year in a culinary degree program, and work in the kitchen at a fine dining restaurant. So in my spare time, you will find me cooking or baking for the ones I love!

Sveiki, Es esmu Māris. Pašlaik esmu students George Brown un strādāju “part-time” slodzi par bārmeni. Hi, I’m Māris. I’m currently a student at George Brown but I’m a casual bartender and have worked as a multidisciplinary artist in photography, broadcast, film production and jewelry making. Outside of work and school, I enjoy politics, volunteering and gardening.

My name is Ludo and I am 24 years olds. I am from Latvia and France and live in Montreal. I currently study at McGill and in my free time I enjoy playing soccer and tennis with my friends.

 Hey, my name is Kārlis, I'm 24. I've been on the board since 2022. I live in North West Toronto and like supporting Canadian soccer. I work in bars and record audiobooks in the between. I'm also interested in motorsports!
